Donate NowNon-subvented Job Training and Placement
Hong Chi Social Enterprise Office (SEO) has been providing non-subvented on-the-job training for trainees with intellectual disabilities in a real-life work environment to help explore their job interests. The SEO has also been actively reaching out to different types of business corporations and organizations to explore additional opportunities for trainees, so that they can put their skills into practice which ultimately will assist them to integrate into society.
Since 2016, Giu Shun Lung has been working as a kitchen assistant in the central kitchen of the SEO of the Association, gaining many life skills such as cooking, washing dishes and stocking goods. He will use his income to help share family expenses. In the future, he hopes to work in a fast food restaurant.
We will continue to explore more training and employment opportunities for our trainees. We sincerely appeal for your donation in supporting the non-subvented on-the-job training and placement programme so that our trainees can realize their potentials and contribute back to our society.
